Refund policy

We do not offer refunds of any type. 

As you know each item is made to order therefore we do not offer refunds. 

If there is any type of defect or issue with your order - we will make the decision in office to replace or refund your money for that specific item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 5 days to contact us if you find an issue with your item.
